Shelly is a talented watercolor illustrator and calligrapher whose designs appear on a large variety of commercial gift items, stationery and books. She needed a personal web site to showcase her work and point folks to where they can purchase her designs.

Traditionally a wholesale business, they wanted a new site to help attract retail customers. This was accomplished by a total graphic interface makeover as well as adding a reference library of articles for the home gardener along with retail specials pages. I made their wholesale only section a separate entity to reduce confusion and give their frequent wholesale users a bookmark separate from the retail pages.

The redesign of this site was coordinated with the design and launch of a quarterly newsletter, which I tied together with a similar graphic feel.

ThinkSmart Performance Systems

ThinkSmart is a company that markets products to streamline company workflow and efficiency.

They wanted a signature look developed for the web site that would carry over into all their corporate identity pieces. I went for bright, modern, open and friendly. These are my proposed designs. Since then, they've redone their site.

This is a web site designed to promote available spaces in an Elgin, IL retail shopping center.

I created a drawing of the building to head the page with scrapbook-like photos of the site in the side column.

Amerisource Bergen

These are graphics I designed for Amerisource Bergen's internal learning portal.

This relaunch design was optimized for the unusually slow internal government network by making the most of colored table cells and minimal graphics. I had previously designed the logo and binder graphics and the existing look was integrated into the new site. I also created a flash intro movie (bottom) to generate visual interest for first-time site visitors. It is no longer on the site, but click the image to see the movie.

1000Voices.org

Along with the logo, I designed this suggested web layout. 1000 Voices is an annual gathering of Christians to sing acapella praises to God in Winston Salem, NC.

This site is now defunct, so I am showing my client proofs.

This client manufactured portable fountain beverage carts. Their original company logo was not professionally designed and needed updating. I digitized the old one and created a new 3D version using Swift 3D. They also wanted the relaunch of their site to convey a 'cooler' image, as well as a more professional one. I included their old logo in the background of the home page as a subtle nod to their beginnings, but featured their new and improved 3D logo more prominently in the new site design.

This site was designed with wider user access in mind. It is compatible with all major browsers and requires no plugins for viewing.

This client builds both commercial and church buildings. They wanted to present a professional web presence for potential customers. The site would have functioned as an online portfolio/brochure of their services. I also created the company logo.
